Policy

Deposits are fully refundable until the requested service has been confirmed by the selected operator.

Once the service has been confirmed, deposits become non-refundable, as resources and availability have been reserved specifically for that booking.

If AYR Concierge is unable to secure the requested service, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

Transparency is part of the service. Confirmation always comes before commitment.
