The Network
A private circle of Italian operators.
AYR Concierge does not own vehicles. We cultivate relationships. Every partner in our network is an independent operator — a family business, a specialist chauffeur, a small company with decades of local knowledge — personally known to us, individually assessed, and continuously reviewed.
New partners are not recruited. They are observed. A chauffeur may drive for us for a year before we formally introduce him into the network. We watch how he handles a delayed flight, a changed hotel, a traveller who prefers silence. We inspect his vehicle unannounced. We speak to his past clients. Only then does the invitation arrive.
The result is a circle, not a directory. Each partner has a territory he knows intimately — the back routes of Milan, the narrow gates of Como, the Vatican-side streets of Rome, the mountain passes of the Dolomites. When you ask, we do not broadcast your request. We select the one operator whose ground matches your journey.

Selection
What we look for before an invitation is sent.
Local expertise
The partner must know his city better than a sat-nav. Which approach to the Pantheon at 8 a.m., which Malpensa terminal door is quietest on a Sunday, which Como villa has no road access at all.
Vehicle standard
Not simply clean — immaculate. Leather conditioned, water chilled, chargers ready, newspapers folded. Vehicles are inspected unannounced. Standards are not discussed; they are demonstrated.
Professionalism
Punctuality without exception. A dark suit, polished shoes, a quiet greeting. The chauffeur who holds the door, loads the luggage, and waits until the traveller has crossed the lobby.
Discretion
No photographs, no social media, no conversation that exceeds what the traveller invites. What happens in the vehicle remains there. This is the first clause of every partnership agreement.
Reliability
A delayed flight is not an excuse. A changed itinerary is not a complaint. The partner must absorb the unexpected without comment, and communicate it to us before the traveller notices.
Service history
We speak to past clients. We review every incident, however small. A partner remains in the network only as long as his record remains unblemished — and his commitment to improvement visible.
