Italy's largest luxury outlet, reached in just over an hour by private car from Milan — without the parking, the shuttle, or the queue.
Serravalle Designer Outlet, in the hills between Milan and Genoa, is the largest luxury outlet village in Europe — over three hundred boutiques, from Prada and Gucci to Loro Piana, Brunello Cucinelli, Bottega Veneta and Valentino. The drive from central Milan is one hour and twenty minutes via the A7 autostrada.
AYR Concierge arranges Serravalle days as full chauffeur retainers. The car collects from the hotel mid-morning, drives directly to the outlet's VIP entrance, and stays on standby for the day. Purchases are loaded into the trunk between boutiques — guests never carry bags. A V-Class is the standard vehicle for couples and families; an executive sedan for solo travellers.
Lunch is usually booked at one of the village's restaurants or, for those who prefer a longer route home, at a country trattoria off the autostrada in the Oltrepò Pavese. The chauffeur returns the party to Milan in time for an eight o'clock dinner.
For multi-day stays in Milan, Serravalle is often combined with a Lake Como afternoon the following day — both arranged through the same concierge, with the same vehicle and driver throughout.
