How do I book private transportation in Italy?

Can I arrange a last-minute private transfer in Italy?

Yes. Same-day requests in Italy are handled by our local partner network. Lead time is typically two to four hours, depending on the vehicle category and the time of day. Write to the concierge and we'll confirm availability immediately.

Is a Mercedes V-Class available in Italy?

Yes. The V-Class is the default choice in Italy for groups of three to seven passengers, for families travelling with luggage, and for transfers continuing on to Lake Como or other destinations. An S-Class executive sedan is available for one or two passengers who prefer a lower profile.

Can I book transportation in English, Italian, Arabic, Chinese or Spanish?

Yes. The concierge replies in your own language — English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese and Russian among others. Chauffeurs are briefed in advance on any language preferences.

Can I request transportation for multiple destinations during the same day?

Yes. Multi-stop itineraries are arranged as a single full-day or half-day chauffeur engagement. One vehicle, one driver, one quotation — your schedule is followed as it evolves through the day.

Can I request a chauffeur for an entire day in Italy?

Yes. Full-day chauffeur (typically up to ten hours, with overtime available) covers any combination of meetings, sightseeing, shopping or dining. The driver remains assigned to you throughout.
