Can I arrange a last-minute private transfer in Italy?

Yes. Same-day requests in Italy are handled by our local partner network. Lead time is typically two to four hours, depending on the vehicle category and the time of day. Write to the concierge and we'll confirm availability immediately.

Is a Mercedes V-Class available in Italy?

Yes. The V-Class is the default choice in Italy for groups of three to seven passengers, for families travelling with luggage, and for transfers continuing on to Lake Como or other destinations. An S-Class executive sedan is available for one or two passengers who prefer a lower profile.

Can I book transportation in English, Italian, Arabic, Chinese or Spanish?

Curb pickup or inside the terminal? A quiet difference

Two formats. One looks the same on paper. They are not.

Curb pickup is what most ride-hailing apps and many local taxis offer. The vehicle waits outside; the traveller finds it. An inside-terminal meet is different: the chauffeur walks to the traveller, not the other way around.

For late arrivals, families with children, and any unfamiliar airport, the inside meet is worth its small premium many times over.
